Shipping policy

Short version: every order ships free within the United States, with tracking. Here is the full picture, with no asterisks.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, plus US territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Costs and timing

“Business days” are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships you’ll receive an email with the carrier name and tracking number. If the tracking link hasn’t shown movement for 5 business days, email us and we’ll chase the carrier for you.

If something goes wrong in transit

• Late: if your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us. We’ll locate it, and if it’s genuinely lost we’ll reship or refund in full — your choice.
• Damaged on arrival: photograph the package and the watch, email us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or refund in full, including any return postage. You will never pay to fix a problem we or the carrier caused.
• Wrong item: we’ll email you a prepaid return label and ship the correct watch immediately, at no cost to you.

Address changes and cancellations

Need to fix an address or cancel? Email us as soon as possible. We can change or cancel any order that hasn’t shipped yet. Once a parcel is with the carrier, we can’t redirect it — but you can always use our 30-day return policy once it arrives.
