You can return any watch within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking, for any reason — changed your mind, wrong size for your wrist, just not feeling it. No restocking fees, ever.

We inspect and process returns within 3 business days of receiving them. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We’ll email you at every step: received → approved → refunded.
