Returns & refunds

Short version: you have 30 days from delivery to return any watch, and refunds cover the full product price. Here is exactly how it works.

The 30-day window

You can return any watch within 30 days of the delivery date shown by the carrier’s tracking, for any reason — changed your mind, wrong size for your wrist, just not feeling it. No restocking fees, ever.

Return conditions

How to start a return

  1. Email support@doggiejoy.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject line.
  2. We reply within one business day with the return address and a simple form.
  3. Ship the watch back with tracking. Keep your receipt until the refund lands.

Who pays return shipping

Defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item sent We pay — prepaid label provided

Refund timing

We inspect and process returns within 3 business days of receiving them. Refunds go back to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We’ll email you at every step: received → approved → refunded.

Exchanges

Want a different model instead? The fastest route is to return the original for a refund and place a new order — that way the replacement ships without waiting for the return to travel back.

Defects after the return window

Timex watches include the manufacturer’s warranty (typically one year from the original purchase date). If a defect appears after our 30-day window, email us anyway — we’ll help you route the warranty claim rather than leave you to figure it out alone.
