This policy explains what information Doggiejoy (“we”, “us”) collects when you use doggiejoy.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain English on purpose.

Only the services required to run the shop: our payment processor (to take payment), shipping carriers (to deliver your parcel — they receive your name and address), our hosting provider (where the site and its database live), and email delivery services (to send order confirmations). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and warranty support (typically 7 years, as US tax rules require). Support emails are kept for 2 years. Analytics data is aggregated and not tied to your identity.
Email support@doggiejoy.com at any time to: request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it (where we’re not legally required to keep it), or object to a use of it. We respond within 30 days, usually much faster. Depending on your state (for example, California residents under the CCPA), you may have additional statutory rights — we honor those too.
We use strictly necessary cookies (cart, session) and basic analytics cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the cart requires them to function, but browsing works fine without.
Our store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
If we change this policy, the new version appears on this page with an updated date. Material changes affecting existing customers will be announced by email.
