Short version: pay in US dollars over an encrypted connection; we never see or store your card details.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). The exact options available to you are always shown on the checkout page before you confirm anything.
Your payment method is charged when you place the order. If we ever need to cancel an order (for example, an item is unexpectedly out of stock), we refund immediately and in full — we don’t hold your money against future purchases.
Checkout runs over HTTPS (TLS encryption), and card processing is handled by a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers and is never visible to our staff. We store only what’s needed to fulfil your order: your name, shipping address, email, and the items purchased.
If a payment fails, no order is created and any pending authorization is released automatically by your bank, usually within a few business days. If you see a lingering pending charge after a failed attempt, email us and we’ll confirm in writing that nothing was captured.
