Are your watches genuine Timex?

Yes — every watch is a brand-new, genuine Timex product in its original packaging. Each listing shows the manufacturer’s model number (MPN) and barcode (GTIN/UPC), so you can cross-check any watch against Timex’s own catalog before buying. We never sell replicas, used, or refurbished items.

Are you Timex?

No. Doggiejoy is an independent retailer. Timex® is a trademark of Timex Group USA, Inc., which doesn’t sponsor or endorse us — we just sell their watches, honestly described.

Do watches come with a warranty?

Yes, the Timex manufacturer’s warranty (typically one year from purchase). Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase; if you ever need a claim, email us and we’ll help you through it.

Will the watch fit my wrist?

Every listing shows the case width (for example, 41mm) and strap material in the specifications table. If you’re unsure, email us the model and your wrist size and we’ll give you a straight answer.

What will my total be?

Exactly the product price. Shipping is free in the US and Montana adds no sales tax, so there are no surprises at checkout. All prices are in USD.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, any time before it ships — email us quickly with your order number. After dispatch, use the 30-day return instead.

Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave us within 1–2 business days and arrive within 7–15 business days, tracked. Full details: shipping policy.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not at the moment — US addresses only, including territories and APO/FPO.

My tracking hasn’t moved. What do I do?

If tracking is quiet for 5 business days, email us. If a parcel is genuinely lost we reship or refund in full, your choice.

Who pays return shipping?

If the watch is defective, damaged, or wrong, we do (prepaid label). If you simply changed your mind, you cover the return postage.
