These terms govern your use of doggiejoy.com and any purchase you make from Doggiejoy (“we”, “us”), located at 1001 S Main St Ste. 600, Kalispell, MT 59901-1498, United States. By placing an order you agree to them. We’ve kept them as readable as we can.
We sell brand-new, genuine Timex® watches. Product listings include the manufacturer’s model number and barcode identifiers so you can verify each item. Doggiejoy is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Timex Group USA, Inc.
Your order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where we suspect fraud, where a listing contained an obvious error (see below), or where stock is unavailable — in every such case you receive a prompt, full refund.
All prices are in US dollars. We work hard to keep listings accurate, but if a clear pricing or description error slips through, we’ll contact you before shipping with the choice to confirm at the correct terms or cancel for a full refund. We never ship-and-argue-later.

Watches we sell carry the Timex manufacturer’s warranty (typically one year). This warranty is provided by the manufacturer, not by us, but we will help you route a claim. Nothing in these terms limits warranties or consumer rights you hold under applicable law.
Don’t attempt to breach the site’s security, scrape it at abusive volume, post unlawful content in reviews, or impersonate others. We may suspend access for abuse.
The Doggiejoy name, site design, and original content are ours. Product photographs, product names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to accurately describe the genuine goods offered for sale.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, USA. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Montana, except where the law of your state of residence gives you a non-waivable right to a different venue.
