These Terms of Service govern your use of doggiejoy.com and purchases from DoggieJoy. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on this website.

We aim to describe products, dimensions, materials, compatibility, images, availability, and care instructions accurately. Screen colors and handmade or material variations may differ slightly. Product availability can change without notice. DoggieJoy may correct genuine typographical or pricing errors before fulfillment and will notify you if an order is affected.
Prices, taxes, and payment
All store prices are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Product prices do not include sales tax. Applicable tax, if required, and shipping charges are shown separately at checkout before you submit payment. You represent that the billing and payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, an undeliverable address, a genuine listing error, or legal restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Shipping and returns
DoggieJoy currently sells and ships only to the United States. Processing times, delivery estimates, methods, and charges are stated in our Shipping Policy. Eligibility, return labels, fees, and refund timing are stated in our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The website design, DoggieJoy brand elements, original text, graphics, and other content owned by or licensed to DoggieJoy are protected by applicable law. You may use the site only for personal shopping and may not reproduce, sell, license, or exploit protected content without permission.
Third-party services and links
Shopify, payment processors, carriers, analytics providers, and other service providers may support the store. Their services may be governed by separate terms. Third-party links are provided for convenience; DoggieJoy is not responsible for content or transactions on websites it does not control.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
