United States shipping

DoggieJoy currently accepts and ships orders only to delivery addresses in the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping method and cost

Standard Shipping costs $19.13 USD per order. The exact charge is shown before payment at checkout.

Processing and delivery estimate

Orders are normally processed within 3 business days. After the order ships, estimated carrier transit time is 1–9 business days. The total estimated time from order placement to delivery is therefore 4–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and United States federal holidays.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, or an incorrect address can cause delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Address changes and delivery issues

Review your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Submit any correction through our Contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, deliverable address.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, first check the delivery location and contact the carrier, then contact DoggieJoy with your order number.
